Angela Jonsson. The name does ring a bell if you have been following Ranbir Kapoor’s romantic life. If buzz is to be believed, Angela is set for a dream launch in Bollywood as she is being considered for the role opposite Salman Khan in Sohail Khan’s production Sher Khan.
Sohail has been scouting for a fresh face to star opposite Salman in the movie. He is reported to have zeroed down on Angela Jonnson, who was named the Kingfisher Calendar Girl for 2011. However, things are still believed to be under negotiations and Angela is yet to be officially roped in for the film.
Angela was previously considered to star opposite Aamir Khan in Dhoom 3 but couldn’t bag the role.
She sprang into the limelight by winning the Kingfisher girl title earlier this year and then remained in the news for her alleged link-up with Ranbir Kapoor.
In fact, she is even said to have admitted that she dated Ranbir.
Now if she indeed manages to clinch the film with Salman, it would be the best debut she could ask for.
