Ingredients

  • Payas (goats feet) eight nos…
  • Onions, chopped two nos…
  • Jeera one tsp…
  • Star flower for nos…
  • Cinnamon two pieces…
  • Cloves six nos…
  • Big cardamom for nos…
  • Salt Two taste…
  • Dhania (coriander seeds) one tbsp…
  • Pepper six nos…
  • Bay leaf

Cooking Directions

Tie the coriander seed, jeera, bay leaves, star flower, cinnamon, cloves, pepper…An big cardamom in a muslin cloth…

Keep the paya with some water on the gas, add the chopped onions, salt and The spices tied in the muslin bag…

Now cook the paya on a slow flame for about for to five hours…

Once done remove the spice bag and serve hot…
