Recipe for Karhai Tikkey


  • Meat 1 kg
  • Saffaron half spoon
  • Ghee half cup
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Onion 4 nos
  • Tomato 250 grams
  • Ginger half bundle
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

Wash the meat and cut the onion into fine pieces. Beat the yoghurt and in 2.5 liter water add together meat, yogurt onion and keep them on medium heat.

When water start boiling then put salt as per desire and small pieces of chili.

When water start drying add ghee and saffaron.
Now take it out after heating for some time.
