Delicious Mango Jam summer Recipe - Cooking Recipe

Mango Jam is a refreshing recipe.Jam is very commonly used in Breakfast or with evening tea. Learn how to make/prepare Mango Jam by following this easy recipe.



Ingredients:


• 8 Ripe Mangoes
• 5 Cups sugar
• 4 Cups water
• 2 Cloves
• 1 Cinnamon
• 2 tsp Vanilla

How to make Mango Jam:


•    Peel and cut mangoes.
•    Heat water and add peeled mangoes, cinnamon and cloves in it. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
•    Mix sugar and cook till the mixture turns thick.
•    Add vanilla and mix it well.
•    Mango Jam is ready.
