Paulina Porizkova is one of the most famous models with a height of 5 feet and 10 and half inches. She was born on 9 April 1965 in Prostejov, Czechoslovakia. Her birth name is Paulina Porizkova-Ocasek. Later on her parents moved to Sweden leaving their child Paulina with her grandmother.
Paulina was dicovered by a photographer, who shot her photos and submitted them to the Elite Modelling Agency. She was then offered a Paris ticket by the agency. It was there in Paris, Paulina Porkizkova became a well known model. Later on she also posed for the Sports Illustrated magazine. Thereafter she accepted the offers of Sports Illustreted Swimsuit Issue and also the magazine Playboy.
She was also a good actress and she has proved this in her very first movie Portfolio in 1983. Then she also acted in some of the movies like Emir Kusturica's film Arizona Dream,and also in the movies Thursday and Knots.
Paulina Porizkova is not single, she is married to the lead singer of The Cars, which is a rock band. She was only 19 when she got married and now they have two children.
Paulina Porizkova was also a judge on the show Americas Next Top Model, she was later on fired from the show and was also replaced by Tyra Banks.
